I got back from a five day skiing trip to Mont Tremblant in Canada on Wednesday and I had soooo much fun. =D
In total, there were five families that went on this vacation... mine, Kevin's (my cousin), Ryan's (Kevin's friend), Jack (Kevin's friend) and David (Kevin's friend). [All of these guys were my age] It was so much fun cuz we stayed in this... like cozy apartment/condo thing and the view was amazingly gorgeous! Everyday, i'd wake up and get dressed in fifty kajabillion layers of clothes.
With my sister and kevin (who was living in the same condo/apartment thing as us), we'd walk over to the other houses where Ryan, Jack and David stayed to eat a nice breakfast. Then, we’d all clamor to get on our skiing boot thingies and get on a shuttle to the base of the mountain. There is this conveyer belt that takes you up to the top of the bunny slopes and it took forever… the ski lifts were $51 a day and I didn’t want to spend that much money. =P On the first day, I was terrible at skiing!!! ><’ but I got a lot lot lot lot lot better… I got all the basics and turning down now. ^^ Afterwards, we’d go back at around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and eat lunch. For the rest of the afternoon, we’d play Super Smash Brothers Melee and DDR and Samurai Warriors… anyway… so I’m back now… I went to the Freshman/Sophomore Fencing Invitational Tournament at Morris Knolls yesterday and I got second place in the Freshman Boys Foil competition *smiles proudly*… I went undefeated until the finals where I went up against this kid from Columbia High School… XP my aunt from California came to visit along with her daughter, Susan so my family went to Chinatown yesterday to see them… we went right after the tournament so I was really really really really tired after fencing a total of 13 bouts in 10 hours… [yeah… I stayed from 7:45 am to 6 pm] now I’m at home again typing lazily on my computer… not looking forward to school on Tuesday… =[ p.s.
